Windows 10 Mobile Emulator 卡在 OS is Starting

Visual Studio 2015 使用 Windows 10 Mobile Emulator 做 Debug，
但模擬器打開就一直卡在 OS is Starting 畫面，
看 Hyper-V 管理畫面發現它的 CPU 使用率一直都在0，
感覺都沒在動，可以依照此篇 How to disable hardware accelerated graphics，
將 RemoteFx 功能停用，就可以正常執行了。
